Lectures Zzzzz........ YAY

I agree and disagree with the fact of having lectures. They are helpful and do stimulate our note taking techniques, but on the other hand they are boring and take a lot of energy out of us. The lectures aren’t necessary. They just teach us about a subject in which some cases we are not interested in. In the cases that we are interested the learning process is thorough and easy to understand. I feel the lectures are really informative and based on what one is interested in that should determine what the lecture should be about. For example if the lecture is about the advance of Nike and the history and how the shoe is made. That may interest me but it may not interest Bob. Bob may hate Nike and want to learn about addidas, or Bob might think its pointless to talk about shoes period, because it doesn’t deal with his major. So if the lecture is interesting or the topic interests the audience the lecture would be helpful and enjoyable. Otherwise it has no point and should not be showed. That is my view on lectures overall as a whole so far.
