mixed emotions

In life, we are going to be faced with different situations. Everyday, something new happens or a change may occur. Either a positive change or negative change. We go through good times and bad times. Good times usually results are emotions to be on a more positive level. Such as being happy, enjoyable, or resulting for your mind to be at peace. Bad times result with a negative outcome of emotions. It could lead to many different feelings. Such as, mad, sad, or stress. It could also lead to an even more serious feeling, Being depressed, mourning, or even heart ache. We try to to cope, and deal with things in different ways. Some of us take all of it in and are able to manage it. While others let it soak in their systems and let it drowned them. Personally, I am the type to take my negative emotions, and deal with them. Never letting them go to heart. Positive, I take them in, but don't let it go over my head and always strive for better outcomes. We all are outsiders when it comes to emotions. Meaning every one is different, and handles situations in their own personal ways.
